Auth, microphone, Duo, and support data
Amigo does not sell personal data
Requests go through support@amigovoice.app
When you create or use an Amigo account, we may process your email address and basic account identifiers. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the Google identity information needed to authenticate your account.
Amigo uses Supabase Auth for login and account management.
Amigo requests microphone access so you can use voice translation features. Audio may be processed to provide transcription, translation, and speech output.
Speech or text may be sent to translation, transcription, or speech services needed to provide Amigo functionality. Amigo supports Uno mode for one-device voice translation and Duo mode for two-device voice translation.
Some Duo experiences may support optional camera or video features. Camera or video access should only be used when you choose a feature that requires it and grant permission.
Transactional authentication emails, such as sign-in or confirmation messages, may be sent through Resend SMTP.
Amigo does not claim paid Google Play subscriptions are live unless they are shown in the app. If Android subscriptions or paid plans are added later, Google Play Billing may handle subscription and payment processing for the Android app.
We may process basic technical logs, device or browser information, and error information for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and debugging. We do not sell personal data.
You may request deletion of your Amigo account and associated account data. Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance reasons.
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact support@amigovoice.app.
